Please email or call Rick on Tuesday or Wednesday prior to play date if you wish to add a guest. Harry will always try to accommodate our members. We can usually accommodate guests and we will need their full name, approximate handicap and check for cost of tournament.
In order to make things run smoothly at each tournament, please arrive at the course and pick up your scorecard at least 30 minutes before shotgun is scheduled to start.
Our scorers all do a good job and it is much appreciated. If you would be occasionally interested in helping out as a scorer please let Rick know.
ALSO IF YOU CAN'T BE AT A TOURNAMENT BECAUSE YOU ARE SICK PLEASE CALL RICK THE NIGHT BEFORE TOURNAMENT SO HE CAN POSSIBLE GET SOMEONE ELSE TO FILL IN AND YOU WON'T LOSE YOUR MONEY.
UNLESS IT CAN'T BE HELP DON'T WAIT TILL THE MORNING OF THE TOURNAMENT IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE RICK KNOWS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. ALSO IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL A TOURNAMENT PLEASE WRITE IT ON A NOTE AND GIVE IT TO RICK DON'T JUST WALK UP AND TELL HIM WHEN WE ARE BUSY.
ALSO IF YOU CALL AND REQUEST TO BE PUT IN A TOURNAMENT AND SAY YOU WILL BRING YOUR CHECK TO TOURNAMENT AND YOU DON'T SHOW UP YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THAT TOURNAMENT THE NEXT TIME YOU PLAY.
WE REQUEST THAT ALL GOLFERS BE AT GOLF COURSE AND CHECKED IN A HALF HOUR BEFORE TEE OFF TIME. THIS WILL MAKE IT EASIER FOR THE PEOPLE WORKING THE CHECK IN TO GET THINGS WRAPPED UP AND IF ANY CHANGES NEED TO BE MADE WILL NOT HOLD UP OUR TEE OFF TIME. IF TEE TIME IS 9:00 AM BE THERE BY 8:30 AM AND CHECKED IN.

A Friendly Reminder
We should all be playing by the same rules. That means...
YOU MUST PUTT EVERYTHING OUT!!!
It is not fair if we have the majority of the field putting everything out and some foursomes deciding to give each other short putts.
NO ONE IS AUTHORIZED TO GIVE PUTTS, TO ANYONE!!!
We play low gross and low net and one short missed putt could make the difference, so please let’s not have anyone deciding to give themselves or their partners a short putt.
Thanks for your cooperation.
